Oh, BrotherM- you flatter yourself. I fully understand all about the cross. Trust me.

Swander5- NO one "accidently" commits the unforgiveable sin. It's either intentionally committed, or merely not understood at all. Most people labor under a heavy burden concerning this. But if you can say "Jesus is the Christ come in the flesh", you obviously cannot do such a thing.

Ivesxo21- Let's just say I'm a "believer" with a long history of looking into many things religious and political in nature and content. Do I believe that Christ is the Son of God? Yes.

I specifically addressed this question to Christians. Who are those answering who so obviously cannot read and are NOT Christians? Who asked you to come here to answer? And don't give me this crap about it being a public forum blah, blah, blah. Do those who are not Christians routinely exhibit such ignorance by answering questions that by nature and address obviously exclude them? Go away. And stay there.

You obviously do not understand the work of Christ on the cross. Jesus died for all the sins of His people, all of them. There is no "judgment day" concerning sin for a believer. Our sins are completely forgiven. When the Father looks at us now, He sees us clothed in the righteousness of Christ, our sins are not considered. We will face the judgment seat of Christ for rewards, for what we did as believers.

Excellent question! I am nervous not regarding the disposition of my soul, but only to see the opportunities that I had to further the gospel and did not take. It will be exciting to see what my work has accomplished for His glory but it will be a humbling experience knowing I could have done so much more. I will think about your question tomorrow as I teach Sunday school.

No need to be so nervous...
'Judgment Day' is a bit like the furniture stores that claim 'going out of business' is the reason you should buy their wares.
There's a lot of hoopla and exclamation points, but the event itself never quite seems to arrive.

oh! i'm exicited
because if you are a christian, then you'll have been doing you best to be like God and you'll have been confessing not neccissaraly for every sin, but daily for all your sins
and, if you are a christian, then you'll live in heaven, where it's perfect
plus if you really believe Jesus died for your sins and you want him to save you then you shouldn't have anything to worry about that's what being a christian is all about
not to judge you or steriotype you but, you're not a christian are you?

I look forward to seeing Jesus and my Mother Mary and my Dad and everybody else that I know that have passed away.
I also will be glad because I know that I will not be able to sin anymore and that means no more offending God---although I do not mean to
