Deer hunting surplus licenses for antlerless?

I didnt get picked in the lottery for an anterless deer license this yr. But it says that surplus licenses can be signed up for online or at ur local store. Does anyone know what there talking about? Can I get one?

I'd ask at the store you bought your license at or a big sporting store like Cabellas. They should know. If they don't you can do a search on line. The DNR in your state should have a website. My best wishes on your hunt.

Don't know what you mean by signing-up. in the state of wisc when you go on-line you can purchase your bonus anterless if they are available in the unit your hunting.the lottery works like this here no.of applicants vs no. of tags available if too many hunters apply for one unit then all available tags are gone so there will be none to purchase for that particular unit but you could purchase one for the unit next to your unit and try to fill your tag over there i have done this a couple of times already and ended up filling the tags hope this helps
