You do not want to prevent sweating. This is natural and very good for your skin(pores). It is like a detoxic. Just make sure you drink a lot of water. This replenishes all the nutrients you lose from sweating. No sugary products. Water is the best. Gatorade is great too!

No, sweating while you are active is really good for you because it helps keep your body cool while you are working out. If you didn't sweat then you would overheat and die. If you are worried about under-arm sweat then try using a deodorant like certain-dri a few times a week before you go to bed.

No, I would think that you would sweat just as much. But water does prevent dehydration, and that's an important safety tip!

no,but i think you mean that it helps hydrate u. Water is like helps us in alot of ways . It helps our skin & body . It cleans & refreshes our pores and helps our blood & brain. Eating veggies & fruits r like drinking milk. It builds great skin! If you break-out alot u know u you've been eating way too much junk food!
