Do you know how in pictures, they can make a certain color in a picture turn a different color? For example, the background will be black and white but someones shirt will be pink or something. How do I do that? I want it for free! I dont want to have to pay for something. If theres a program, how do I get it off that program? Thanks!

Use Photoshop CS3. There is "Color Balance" Menu for layers and images, you use that menu or "Hue/Contrast/Brightness" Menu.

download a trial version of:
Macromedia Fireworks 8

after activating the program with this serial key, you will have the full program :)
fireworks is one of the best on the market.
for your case, use the "Magic Wand" Tool to select the colour you want to change.
It works really well for me and i really recommend it for you.

Do a web search for "free image editing programs".
There are quite a few freeware image editors out there.

GIMP is just as good as photoshop
you might want get the manuals and online tutorials before trying anything. it is a very powerful program and takes some time to learn
