Plastic surgery would be expensive. I've heard that there are creams/lotions that you can apply to a scar, and after a while, the scar will gradually disappear. You should check your local drug store, and ask the pharmacist or just look around in the cosmetics section. I think there's a specific brand product that is used to remove scars. I always see commercials for it. Also, if that doesn't work, you can just put on some concealer on that part everyday. It would be much less expensive and less of a hassle than plastic surgery.

Plastic surgery is thousands of dollars!!! go online and look for scar covering make up or for make up that covers tattoos!!!! most of the make up is water proof too!!! scar covering make up is a nice compromise to expansive plastic surgery which is risky and has no guarantees!!!!

Polysporin scar solution strips work for some scars and fades some. A cream will say it will GET RID of it, but really doesn't. Try scar creams as well to try to help fade it out.

i recently burned myself with hot oil trying to make homemade egg rolls.. i bought 'mederma' .. spendy: $15/tube and have been applying it as recommended. my scars look so much better. this oitment is also recommended for pre-existing scars (which i am also using it for). it is dr recommended. i have been very happy with it so far ... 2 months in use and i have noticed major changes.
