I've been using DVD Shrink for a while and never had a problem with it. I have downloaded Nero and always use DVD Shrink to burn. Now all of a sudden when I burn a disk and put it in the dvd player I get an error mesage telling me that the playback option is unavailable (or something of that sort). I've tried it in 2 different dvd players and get the same message, however, it will play fine in my laptop. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions? I've uninstalled DVD Shrink and Nero both then reinstalled them and still have gotten no where.

Restore your computer to a date when you didn`t have a problem. You can find the restore option by goind to start, programs, accessories. system tools
