Homemade skin whitening products are by far the cheapest and safest solution to the brown spots which trouble you so much. Read here https://tinyurl.im/aHLVV
They are very effective and at the same nurture the skin, so that you will not only have a whiter skin, but a healthier one too.
Each and every person wants a clean and radiant skin. Some spend fortunes on cosmetic products that will lighten the skin and remove all the imperfections, others spend their money on esthetic operations in the hope that their skin will look perfect. Lastly, there are people trying to fake a healthy skin by using all kinds of makeup that will cover the imperfections and leave the impression that the skin is healthy and has no scars, wrinkles or spots.
All these people are looking for a way through which they can make their skin look good. Yet, what they have not taken into consideration is the power of natural ingredients. Fruits, vegetables and products coming from animals are great sources of anti-oxidants and are rich in substances which can whiten the skin, moisturize it, attenuate the fine lines and wrinkles and give it elasticity.

Most of the time it will come out uneven, so I don't think it's worth it. This happened to a friend of a friend of mine. Even Lil Kim has uneven skin after getting it bleached - which I'm sure she had done by a professional. If you look up pics of her with no makeup, you'll see for yourself. She is noticeably lighter than she was when she just came out, so she definitely bleached her skin. Tell your friend that there are many types of beauty and that she would be erasing part of her ethnicity if she were to bleach her skin. She should wear it with pride instead and not attempt to blend in with the masses. If she is still determined to bleach her skin though, tell her that there are less drastic solutions such as makeup highlighters which act kind of like bronzers in reverse. Beyonce uses them all the time, and many other celebs.

Well, it really depends on the kinds of product you buy,If you buy something cheap,it wouldnt turn ou good. One of my friend she use to be really dark and she bleached her skin and now she have vanessa's williams skin tone. But she professionally bleach her skin now it looks good ,people that didnt know her think that shes mixed but i wouldnt recommend that to anyone. Tell your friend that she should love her skin and bleaching has disadvantage like skin cancer.....But if she's old enough that's her own personal decision, she can do as long as it makes her happy.

Bleaching skin will only do so much. You can't stop your skin from creating more pigment. It is always going to there. Bleaching is a form of an oxygen facial that can be done to help make skin glow & reduce dullness.

She can bleach her skin if she got some sun burn(to even the tone), she shouldn't use it everyday though or else she'll mess up her skin later. I only use bleaching creams once in while if I had a serious sun burn. Instead she should just eat fruits and drink lots of water to stay healthy(that also lightens you up or stay your skin tone).

Why would you want to bleach your skin? You should be proud of who you are. Michael Jackson is. He didn't bleach his skin, he has a severe skin disease, he is still an african american and proud of his heritage.

You should read Laura Jefferson’s book "Skin Whitening At Home" ( I saw it's also available in electronic format +video: http://www.skinwhiteningathome.com ). After 8 weeks I managed to get my skin a few tones whiter and I also got rid of freckles.
The method she teaches in her book is natural, inexpensive, and is readily available in most homes. You could even find some ingredients in your own backyard. The most wonderful thing about the method she shares in her book is that it will help you whiten or lighten your skin pigmentations, freckles, age spots, acne marks, dark underarms, melasma, or your overall skin color easily and naturally without breaking your bank or producing dangerous side effects. Good Luck!
