I weigh 159 right now. I'm 18 and my height is 5'5. For a week ive been extercising but i'm wondering how can i loose some weight off my face? my face is not that fat but i want it to be a little leaner. Can anyone help? thanks

its not possible to lose weight in a specific area. If I were you I would just focus on cardio excersizes that will make you lose weight throughout your body including your face.

As you start to lose weight, the fat in the face will lose too. You can't just target one specific area, when you are exercising, it will go there for you. Weight training should do it.
