I have just installed it and I see that someone is uploading from my computer even though I have nothing in the shared folder and I have changed the settings so that they cannot upload files from my documents or my videos. How can I locate where they are downloading from? Or what does this upload mean? Do they upload something or not?

Please help I don't want to end up with most of my files uploaded, I have many movies in my computer.

You can see WHAT is being uploaded in the download tab/screen.
Shareaza makes itself available for download even if you share nothing. It's better to make a separate directory and share that, than to mark your stuff as shareable.
