I snack on toast, cookies, chips, crackers, and even fruits and veggies. I constantly think about snacks. What can I do to stop this. I am not fat yet but I am slowly gaining weight.

Find a hobby or you could try cutting the junk out and dividing meals up. Have a sandwich, then later have the veggies and wait a while longer for the dessert.
Sort of a skip the meals and keep snacking pattern. As long as you get enough nutrient dense (healthy) foods, your body doesn't care if you space them out or have them all at once.

go do something else!! read a book, take a walk, hang out with friends, ANYTHING!! Are you hungry? If that is the case make sure you eat 3 substantial meals. Snacking is good, just too much of it can be bad

Eat anything you want, all you want. But you have to do it butt-naked in front of a full-length mirror.
