Which little children are you referring to? The ones attacked by pedophiles. The ones kidnapped by non-custodial parents. The ones kidnapped and murdered. Your question is too vague. Sorry.
No one should have to suffer. Child, teen, adult, or senior citizen.

Children suffer all around the world, from Fire, Flood, War Pestilence, Mistreatment, its the way of the world, which some believe was created by a supreme being called GOD, try addressing your question to HIM!

I'd guess the birth process isn't all that much fun for a baby. Then there's getting parents to take care of them when they want rather than when the parents want.... And it goes down hill from there

Because sometimes they sit right behind me in the airplane or movie theatre and kick the back of my seat and scream without mercy for 3 + hours.
