Breakfast will give your body the energy it needs until that mid morning snack/lunch remember breakfast is to break your fasting from the night before so make sure you have a well balanced breakfast every morning with a food from each food group (breads and cereals, dairy, meat, veges, fruit and a handful of unsalted nuts like almonds or macadamias.
And yes breakfast will have a good effect on a student especially teens so eat up!

yes it does. no breakfast= a very hungry person who is sluggish and has little energy and can think straight and overeats later on. an unhealthy breakfast like sausage and eggs or sugary cereal= a sugar crash or a slow student who cant think straight. a good healthy breakfast= a good student who gets good grades and has enough energy and doesnt overeat later in the day.

yes because your metabolism slows down and you want that fast so you wont gain weight. and a student in school probably will think slower and be more tired rather than another student who eats a good breakfast each morning.

If you skip breakfast, your entire body will be tired and lethargic (including your brain) so you won't take in information as effectively.
Everyone, especially students, need a hearty breakfast to enable proper brain function.
