I want him out of my building? Out of this world!
What can I do!
Can I report him to police? If I do this, is he going to jail?
How can I proof he is a drug dealer?
Any suggestions?
I wish these kind of people, that destroy entire families,
burn in hell!

This isn't my own answer--this is an answer I found last week while trying to figure out what to do with a neighbor that I suspect:

-----------------------------------------------------------
You have a legitimate concern. There are some key things to watch for to help determine if your neighbors may be drug dealers. The fact that alot of cars are at the house is not enough evidence. Watch to see if multiple vehicles arrive and leave within a few minutes and if there is a large number of vehicles doing the same thing you may have a problem there. Now,... what you can do is contact your local Narcotic Drug Task Force officers and provide them with as much information on the activity and vehicels as posible including tag numbers, vehicle makes, models, colors, description of person entering and leaving the property in question. The DTF will set up on the house and watch and eventually send in an undercover officer to make a buy. If that is successful they officers will swear out a search warrent for residence and a SWAT team will force entry of the residence and make arrests and seize the drugs,
----------------------------------------------------------
Best wishes to you, stay calm, inconspicuous, and be careful.

Send an "anonymous" tip to your local police department. Depending on how much of a problem drugs are in your area, police may act in a fast manner. Remember, the police cannot shut down a drug operation overnight..they need to build a form a probable cause if you want to get rid of these scumbags so the faster you make the call the better.

Just report your findings to a drug enforcement officer at your local police and they will investigate he/she. Make sure to have a correct address on that person and a possible license plate number and name would be helpful.

Well it's not like he's forcing the people to come and buy his drugs, they do it on their own free will, and he is just providing a service to them. Maybe if you go and taddle on him the police will come and take a piece of his pie and then he will have to expand business to pay them off, trust me I have a cousin who got busted for it and now he has 4 cops he has to pay off every two weeks to keep selling it.

go to the local police and speak to a detective. Tell him what you suspect and see if you can do anything to help gather evidence. (video or whatever) Maybe they can send over a dog to visit. If nothing is done about it, assuming you are correct, contact the mayor.
