dont think so-just doesnt add up-now adam and eve-not necessary their real names could well be real people as science has traced us back to starting from two family groups-remember cain and abel-but have to think that god is just invented nonsense--but man (modern man)has been traced back pretty clearly to a starting point about 70000 years ago when there wasnt many of us left-it has been shown that a leap in thinking took place where we were starting to think abstract thoughts-and if you were the first to do so that difference could have been the start of the adam and eve story---keep smiling and enjoy the day

Yes, of course. We do not know exactly when Adam lived. God takes part in the generation of every living being. The creation story was written for a primitive people who knew nothing about science or who would not accept it if they were told. Usually to create means to make out of nothing. But God made Adam out of the earth. So how was Adam created? It was his spirit that was to live for all eternity. This is what God created.. In fact God acts to keep everything in existence. Without His help we would all drop in a nothingness. He also creates every soul for each new person who is brought into existence.

Evolution deals with the development of humankind. The story of Adam and Eve deals with the evolution of Religion and belief in the God of the Old and New Testaments.

the folk who wrote the Bible lived on the time of the Patriarchal gadget of relatives, at the same time as female daughters were not stated. The closer they got here with regard to women human beings changed into to say, "and that they had little kids" because the texts actual says about Adam and Eve that they had little kids. in case you concentration nicely on the textual content, Cain and Abel were born after Adam and Eve left the backyard of Eden. And on their way out God enable them understand how their lives could be: Adam could ought to paintings the soil to get their foodstuff, and Eve could have from then on to furnish start in pains. It signifies that she had had some daughters earlier. it truly is purely obvious that earlier Cain left in seek for of a sparkling position to stay he took a sister or 2 with him.

There is room to play with to make this view possible. Trouble is, you would have to remove from the room of debate, both extremist of each view. I assure you, I have been working on that very issue and I have come to some very good ideas. If I do say so myself. My notes are plenty.
I placed a partial opinion, here at Y/A, based on my notes. But it was thumbed down by atheist. Which is fine by me.
What you need to do is start your own notes using your computer. Don't rush to draw an opinion from others.
Best of Luck.

Only if you read between the lines, and not actually believe there was a man Adam and a woman Eve who was created from Adam's rib. It's a symbolic story

The only way that could work would be if Adam and Eve weren't even remotely human, but instead were the ancestral link between amphibians and mammals. I can't imagine the Church would be too thrilled with that...

Sure....But one must be able to grasp the idea that what science believes about how long humans have been on this planet is very short of the actual period of time. Also one has to look at that the possibility of homo sapien co- existing while other specie's were trying to evolve that could give the appearance that they were our fore fathers ,so to speak.

No way, either God created it all or he didn't,if you believe in God you can not believe in evolution and God will not
accept some belief he want,s total belief.

Don't let anyone fool you. They both cannot be correct. All the evidence points to evolution. Not only does all the evidence point toward evolution but no evidence points anywhere else.
