I'm afraid you've hit the beginning of the tree (BOT) where online resources are concerned. I've gone through the online trees at KindredKonnections, New England Genealogical Historical Society, Ancestry.com, FamilySearch.org, plus the Kentucky and North Carolina GenWeb sites. Many list your Leah, but no one has identified her parents.
It's going to take legwork to identify them. You'll have to go through the marriage records, plus you'll want probated wills in North Carolina looking for references in the wills to a daughter named Leah.
Since you don't have the date of marriage, you'll have to work off the birth of her first child. The best guestimate I've found is 1760.
As for William, here's the best researched and documented bio on him. It should help you. But as always, you'll want to pull the references yourself to verify their accuracy. http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/c/l/a/James-Clark-TN/PDFGENE1.pdf
