If scientisits wanted to combine the sperm cells of a human with that of a primate, is that allowed? Can this legally be done.

We have experimented on humans for research. It's called clinical trials. In fact, it is required by the FDA before they can approve new pharmaceuticals for treatment of disease.

We also have combined human DNA with bacterial DNA to mass produce monoclonal antibodies for use in pharmaceuticals.

It can't be physically done. The proteins on the surface of the ova will not admit foreign sperm. If you want to test a vaccine or something, it can be done with the patients informed consent.

i believe so in where really i live(in canada).
it cant if it just involves bestiality.
it just can't.
but if it's done safely without killing anyone, it can and its not playing god.
