All dogs can be house trained. Don't clean up his mess while he is there! If he does go in the house get someone to take him out right afterwards and while he is outside clean it up, but don't let him see. Its an attention thing. Eventually he will start to go outside. I had problems with my puppy and going in the house. and this helped.

Yes, he can. Start over as if he were an 8 week old puppy. Read about crate training. When you take him outside, take him to one spot ON LEASH and tell him "go potty" (or whatever so he learns a command for this). If he does not go in a reasonable time, bring him in and crate him. Make sure the crate is only big enough to stand and lay down in--if it's too big he'll sleep at one end and defecate at the other. Wait a half hour, then try again. If he goes outside, praise him and then let him have free time in the house, but ONLY if you can supervise him at all times. He cannot have any chances to make a mistake in the house again. Be very consistent and patient, and he can be trained. Here is some good info:

Uggggh I used to have a Yorkie. They are very difficult to be housebroken but they can be.

You just have to be consistent. Take him out every half hour and every 5 min. after eating / drinking. Crate him when he cant be monitored. He will catch on.

Try obedience school as well. Sometimes training them in other things can help get their minds working. Also lots and lots of exercise!

Yes, after a LOT of practise! I know it seems imposable but finally they learn. We kept the back door open all day until he learnt.

It is never to late to house train a dog!!! you just have to put a little work into it. When the do their business on your floor give them a stern (NO) make sure they know that it is not a good thing to do! i hope this helps you out!!
