Putting urine in your eye is just stupid...you are just asking for an infection . Yellow spots are probably pinguecula from uv exposure... you should always wear sunglasses when you are outside. Not aware of anyway to get rid of them short of conjunctival surgery and even then i'm not sure if that will work

The sclera to begin with is under the cornea. How do you expect urine to get in there ?

Yellow spots on the sclera can, but not always mean liver problems. It would be worthwhile to get bloodtests to test for liver malfunction.

Aside from burning like the dickens, urine in your eye can do no more than cause an infection.

Hey, ever tried a pig feces milkshake for a sore throat ?

The yellow spots are a sign of liver damage (jaundice). Putting urine in your eye is just a bad idea.
