what are you feeding them? Most commerical diets for hamsters have a large proportion of those alfalfa pellets and they won't eat those. There are also way too many seeds and unhealthy stuff in those diets.
The best thing to get for them is Mazuri Hamster pellets from PetSmart. For treats, I recommend broccoli or Kale in small amounts. The little yogurt treats are good too, but in a very limited amount as they are very high in sugar.

Yeah, they just need time to adjust to their new home. And by the way, most hamsters will fight violently as they get a bit older--you may want to separate them into their own cages before that happens.

They may need to adjust, however try broccoli and carrots. You can use frozen or fresh. Just run the frozen under warm water to defrost. I had babies that lost their mother. I didn't know how to feed them, they wouldn't eat.. so I put the veggies in and wow..they started to eat. Good luck and I hope this helps.

i agree with all the other answers of letting them settle in. it might be worth contacting the place you bought them from to check what food they were given before they came to you.

They're probably scared I mean they just got there. It'll take some time and try to give her or him some sunflower seeds or maybe cook chicken.
