because the people who's SSN they STOLE have to do the tax papers for their income which normally puts them into a higher tax bracket and ends up costing that person precious earnings.
but only the multiple law breakers pay taxes so if like the (animal activists) say is true that most of them pay taxes they openly admit that most of the illegals have broken not just one law but multiple laws.
1: illegal entry into the country
2: illegally represented documents
3: receiving stolen property
4: falsifying documents
5: tax evasion (because they don't file a return)
something funny
these same crimes are involved with these charges also
1: traitor
2: spy
3: white collar crime (money laundering etc.)
but hey illegals only commit petty crimes right?
all those who want to say this doesn't happen well learn i did I had mine stolen and the military is how they got it.

Take, for example, an illegal alien with a wife and five children. He

> a job for $5.00 or $6.00/hour. At that wage, with six dependents, he pays
> no
> income tax, yet at the end of the year, if he files an Income Tax Return,
> he
> gets an "earned income credit" of up to $3,200 free.Welfare and Government Assistance: Fraudulent Social Security cards, driver's licenses and birth certificates are being bought by thousands of illegal immigrants each year. These false documents are used by individuals to get millions of dollars worth of welfare, public housing and Social Security benefits.

Many illegal aliens don't pay taxes aside from sales tax. Why don't they? Because if they did then that would be more money that the employer would have to shovel out. There supposedly is a number that illegal aliens can get, but many of them don't have it because they will work under the table and have more take home pay as a result.
And you are correct. For the IRS not to go after businesses who knowingly hire illegal aliens, they ARE aiding and abetting illegal aliens and helping them commit the other crimes that are common with being an illegal alien...like ID theft and littering the area.

Many illegals are using some one elses name and social security number. They dont file tax returns and will not be able to collect on what they paid into social security. The IRS is aware that withholding is being done by multiple places for one person's social security number but they dont try to track down who the real person is. They just continue to collect the federal tax. States and cities are also benefiting from these taxes.

i don't think it takes an illegal immigrant to explain the process...rest assured i am not one, and i can explain it to you.
firstly, the illegal immigrant will aquire a false/or stolen SS card, and use that to fill out the tax documents, etc... then the illegal immigrant begins working and is issued his/her paychecks like anyone else. that is how they pay taxes.
on the other hand, if a person is doing lawn care or house cleaning, and is being paid in cash, then the illegal person is not paying taxes. then again, the person paying him/her is guilty as well because you shouldn't pay for professional services in cash.

Employers withhold tax money and send it to the IRS directly, so the IRS gets the money even if the employee doesn't turn in a tax form.
Also, illegal immigrants can get ITINs, which work like SSNs for tax purposes.
How is collecting taxes from them "aiding and abetting" them? People like to complain that illegal immigrants are using government services without paying taxes, so now why are you complaining when they do pay taxes?

They can get ITIN's. Which allow them to pay taxes. They're encouraged to do this by many groups. It helps if they end up in deportation hearings to show they have paid into the tax base.
Personal experience helping many apply.

In the short term illegal immigrants pay into the Social Security system which is almost bankrupt.

They also provide recruits for the military.

The Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act, or DREAM Act, is part of the stalled package of proposals that many in Congress are seeking to resurrect. The proposal, applicable to an estimated 750,000 undocumented residents of military age, stipulates that those who arrived in the United States before age 16, graduated from high school, and meet other qualifications could immediately enter the path to citizenship in exchange for at least two years' service in the armed forces.

Tancredo, Ron Paul, and Hunter have the most conservative voting records on immigration.

Of these three, Ron Paul has the best chance of winning the Primary election.
Paul's campaign has almost 5 times as much money to spend as Tancredo.

Ron Paul has stated that he wants very strong borders and he was appalled that our government had taken border guards off of our borders to send them to Iraq.
http://www.lewrockwell.com/orig8/haman3.html
This is his six point plan:
Physically secure our borders and coastlines. We must do whatever it takes to control entry into our country before we undertake complicated immigration reform proposals.
Enforce visa rules. Immigration officials must track visa holders and deport anyone who overstays their visa or otherwise violates U.S. law. This is especially important when we recall that a number of 9/11 terrorists had expired visas.
No amnesty. Estimates suggest that 10 to 20 million people are in our country illegally. That’s a lot of people to reward for breaking our laws.
No welfare for illegal aliens. Americans have welcomed immigrants who seek opportunity, work hard, and play by the rules. But taxpayers should not pay for illegal immigrants who use hospitals, clinics, schools, roads, and social services.
End birthright citizenship. As long as illegal immigrants know their children born here will be citizens, the incentive to enter the U.S. illegally will remain strong.
Pass true immigration reform. The current system is incoherent and unfair. But current reform proposals would allow up to 60 million more immigrants into our country, according to the Heritage Foundation. This is insanity. Legal immigrants from all countries should face the same rules and waiting periods.

Taxes are filed through an ITIN number. Just like everyone else, they attach the W2 to it, and, send it in.
Here is the info. on ITINS:
