I doubt it. Sometimes they really are a mindless ramble, and just about anything could be in there. But an awful lot of them are quotes from either the Bible or the Koran, and I think they have copied them from some on-line source that is probably reasonably accurate. Whether it makes any sense or not is thus attributable to the source, not the copy-and-paste guy.

But an awful lot of them are in violation of Community Guidelines. If they put it in a question, often it is not really a question at all, but a rant. If it's in an answer, it can still be in violation if it is a non-responsive rant.

I know this is not popular, but I feel we have a duty to report clear, obvious violations of the Community Guidelines. And if you are in doubt, write into your answer that "this may be a violation, but . . ." so people get used to the idea that we really do want to keep this space clean and decent and reasonably polite.

Possibly, but some people just need more words then others to express things.

Sometimes I write long answers if the question needs an in-depth answer and it's not a copy and paste.

When it is a copy and paste I post the link too.

No; they're not that clever - it's why they cut and paste.

Normally if the first or last sentence has god, jesus, christ, heaven or hell in it, I give it a miss cos from experience I know it's a fundie trying to earn points with his imaginary friend by getting converts.
