No because what if he tried to pass a law and the other branches of government vetoed it? That wouldn't be cool because Jesus Christ is always right.
Anyway, as a King he has more powers than a president so it's all good ^_~

He would not be able to -- because he is not a citizen.
However, since he is a Jew, he could become an Isreali citizen and become Prime Minister. That would be cool.
