The dates listed above me are correct. The war was fought on many different fronts, Asia, Europe, North America, North Africa, the Middle East, Brazil and the South Pacific. Hitler tried many times to invade the middle east and failed because the allies pushed him back. Hitler controlled most of North Africa's countries which are mostly Islamic. It took a combination of Montgomery's British Soldiers and Patton's American Soldiers to drive the Nazi's out. In North Africa we had the problem of not only the Nazi's but of the small number of Islamic underground people who were being paid by the German's to sabotage our supply lines.

Read your history before you make such statements. I have found over my sixty years of life that Muslims are one of the nicest people on the earth. They speak from the heart and if they share there table with you (salt) they are your friends for life. How is that coming from an American who happens to be Jewish.

Hitler invaded Poland on September 1, 1939. The Japanese bombed Oahu on December 7, 1941. Germany surrendered on May 8, 1945. Japan surrendered on August 15, 1945. From December 7, 1941 until the date of the Japanese surrender the United States was engaged in a world war on no less than five fronts. You need a new calendar!

Excuse me? Japan changed into not Christian. Neither changed into Italy or Germany. The Roman Catholic Church and Lutheran Church had earlier stopped being Christian. Russia changed into formally practising atheism. If there have been any Christians in German or Italy, there could were an outcry about how God's chosen human beings, the Jews were being slaughtered. those few Christians who did merchandise, were despatched the concentration camps and killed top alongside with the Jews. at the same time as Hitler comprehensive off the Jews, his plans were to bypass after the Christians next. You forget that the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Mohammad Amin al-Husayni, allied himself with the Nazis to anihilate the Jews and ouster the British, who controlled Palestine back in the 40s as well as recruiting Muslims into the Waffen SS.

Live in the present not in the past. We are at WAR with a fanatical faction of the Muslim faith.
I wish the majority of Muslims that are peace loving would shout at the top of their lungs against these murderers, so we then know it's a small minoritiy in their religion.

You could hardly call the Nazis Christians. If they believed in anything at all resembling religion it was Astrology. They were big on that. Every country can become warlike. It's a result of our fallen nature.

The US came in just before the end?!?!?!?!?

You know nothing about WWII.

It had nothing to do with religion.

It had to do with Social Democrats (Hilliary Clinton, for example) taking away the rights of ogher people by use of a machine of war.

Muslims call themselves warlike.

You Calling Muslims and their Prophet Liars??

You're comparing apples to oranges, my misinformed friend. What has >anything< about WWII have to do with whether or not muslims are warlike?

one group being war like doesn't make another one any less so.
WWII also was not a religious war. It was a war against a group of mad men.
