Is punching *77 on a phone when you see an unmarked police car work or is it just some crazy rumor?

Yes and no.

Dialing #77 or *77 on your cell phone will call the highway patrol, but only if you happen to be in an area that supports that feature. Not all state police dispatchers can be called with #77 (or *77).

If you are ever in doubt, dial 911.

If pulled over by an unmarked police car, and you are not sure if it's a real cop you have the right to request that a "Marked" patrol car show up as well, or call 911

Matter is what makes you me and just about everything else that can be seen touched or smelled Dark matter is just the name they give to something that they have no idea what it is, so they call it dark matter since it doesnt interact with regualr matter at all, the only way we know of it is because of its gravitational effects. Kind of like how we know about black holes even though we cant see them but we detect them because of their gravity. Antimatter is basically the same as matter, just the charges are reversed so if matter and anti-matter come into contact they destroy each other, and anti matter is not imaginary, it has been created in the laboratory so it is very real.

In some states-other states have different numbers or none at all.
It's recommended, if you feel uncertain, to call 911.
