Keep praying and filling your head with scripture to use against the one that wants you to feel this way. Satan does this to discourage us. Surround yourself with Christians who can pray with you through this. And fill your head with positive music and thoughts.

The bottom line is you need to have some sense of spiritual truth in order to be rescued from this seeming condition. On earth, trials are abundant, and the strength gained from understanding is more than powerful enough to carry you through each trial, no matter how difficult it appears to be.
You will even find that in the midst of these trials, you will have a sense of peace within you.

Pray to Christ on the cross. Consider what He did for you, for all of us. Consider all of what He did that day and the night before when He was betrayed by one of His followers. When your prayer is over rise and look for a plan to do good, Doing good can atone for the evil of which we may be guilty. Concentrate on doing good and the evil will slowly fade into the background. Read the Scriptures not with the intent of finding sins of which we may be guilty, but with the intent of finding good acts which we may be able to perform. Example: visit the sick, feed the hungry, cloth the naked, visit prisoners, bury the dead, comfort the afflicted, etc. These are called the corporal works of mercy. Keep busy. Keep your attention of ways to help others instead of focusing on things in your own life. There is more of course, but this is a good starter. I'll pray for you.

First of all: are you a born again Christian? If you are, then you have to cover yourself with the blood of Jesus on a daily basis. Ask him to guard your mind and your thoughts of all evil thnigs. And pray a lot. Just pour it all out in front of Him. He knows your troubles and your worries before you tell Him.

Angelo, times are waxing worse and worse on this earth. We absolutely have to be in God's word daily. We have to be faithful in prayer, in Christian worship and fellowship, and especially, in praise to God.
Evil will encroach in the space you leave to it. Push it out with the light of Christ, His word, His name.
May God protect you, that no weapon formed against you will prosper, in the name of Jesus Christ.

sometimes when I feel like this I picture myself going up a hill carrying a large box of my troubles on my shoulder, at the top of the hill is the cross, I dump them all down at the foot of the cross and then I turn around and walk away, leaving my burdons at the foot of the cross. It reminds me to let go and let God, so many times we give our burdons to God only to grab them back and put them back on ourselves. It is really hard to let go but He can't take care of them unless in faith we leave them with Him. God's shoulders can take your burdons alot better than yours or mine. Let Him carry it, He is waiting!! God bless you.

One trial at a time, I'd say.
I hope you don't mind my answering, but I'm an agnostic, so I didn't feel disqualified.
If you're depressed, you have a medical condition. It can be treated.
