ive been snacking a lot lately.... is there anything that is really low in calories that i can eat a lot of and is healthy?

Dannon light n Fit yogurt is only 60 calories and I ♥ it for a snack =) Popcorn is another good snack that's low in calories if you don't drown it in butter and salt.

of course you can have all the veggies and fruit you want but that does get boring.

I like to do wraps. The smaller low carb tortillas, half an avacado sliced, soy bacon strips, letttuce and sprouts...

Its very good

Try fruits and yogurts.These foods are good for you and they are also filling, so you'll snack less.

Air popped popcorn, veggies, fruit, low fat yogurt, low fat ice cream, jello, fat free pudding, pretzels, baked chips, rice cakes.
