Anyone who has seen the proof of evolution knows it has never happened. If it has, where is even ONE transitional form? Not one exists, but Darwin said if evolution was true there would be countless ones. You have been deceived, just believe your Bibles. Remember what it says, "Let God Be True and Every Man/Woman A Liar." - for everyone who disputes God's truth.
Do you realize that if there were any REAL evidence, it would not be called a "Theory." True faith is believing God above anything else, even if you're about to die. Stephen did (Book of Acts) and died with Great honor. So did the Apostles, and our Lord, who was executed on our behalf. This is a plea to real Christians to throw away fables and lies and really believe the truth.

Here is one simple proof of evolution, and I am a Christian. So the story of Noah says that only his family was alive following the flood. So that means the whole world was re-populated from Noah and his family. My question to you is, where did all the different races in the world come from? Race is based on geography. Environmental factors have influenced how different races have developed. Furthermore, we are seeing evolution right before our eyes with interracial births. A black and white person create a mixed child. What race is this child? Evolution is at hand in the world.
And another instance of evolution would be spermatogenesis and oogenesis. Creation of sperm and egg cells means selection of the parent's gene pool. Thus, the child has a different set of genes from his/her parents. A genetically unique child is therefore created. Evolution is real. Even Pope John Paul II believed in theistic evolution. You can still believe in evolution and the Bible. They do go together. You just need to open your mind.
You also don't understand the scientific definition of theory. The way you are thinking of theory is more like a hypothesis. For a good explanation of hypothesis, theory and law see the following:
