Somebody once asked Billy Graham a very similar question. This is both the qusetion asked and Mr. Graham's answer:
Q: If God is in control of everything, why do bad things happen to us? I'd like to believe in God, but I just can't understand this. — M.J.
A: Dear M.J.,
I've been asked hundreds of times why God allows evil to take place, and I have to tell you honestly that I do not know the answer—not fully. The Bible talks about "the mystery of iniquity" (2 Thessalonians 2:7, KJV)—and that's what evil is: a mystery.
But let me tell you three very important truths about evil that might help you. First, the Bible tells us that evil does not come from God, nor can we blame God for all the evils in the world. Evil comes instead from Satan, and it entered this world when Satan deceived Adam and Eve and caused them to turn against God. Both evil and Satan are real, and the two go hand-in-hand.
Second, the Bible tells us that someday all evil will be banished. The vast spiritual conflict between Satan and God that has raged from the beginning of time will be over, and God will be triumphant. Someday all evil will be cast "into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels" (Matthew 25:41, KJV).
Third, the Bible tells us that in the meantime, God can give us victory over evil. This doesn't mean bad things will never happen to us—but even when they do, we can know God is with us, and He will give us strength to stand against them. Isn't it better to face life's problems with God rather than without Him? No, we may not understand everything that happens to us—but when we know Christ, we know we are on the winning side. Why not commit your life to Him today?

You are right: God created everything good, even Satan was created as an angel. But then in Isaiah14:12-15 Satan had evil thoughts in his heart and he wanted to be like God. And that's when God banned him from heaven to earth, and he took 1/3 of the angels with him who are now the evil spirits roaming the earth trying to lure as many as possible away from God. Satan knows his time will come when he will be thrown in the lake of fire, but until then his mission on earth is to take as many with him as possible, away from God.

Evil does not exist independently from God. Evil is the back side of God. Either back side or front side, it is God; therefore it is absolute. I cannot neglect my back side. I cannot say that "You can beat me on my back side. Go on, kick me." That I cannot say. The back side is as important as the front side. But comparatively it is explained that evil is back side, päpa, sin. That is back side of God.
That means when you are not in front side of God, you are sinful.
Unless there is evil, why we are in this material world? We have accepted evil. Therefore we are in this material world. And if we accept God, the good, then we are in the spiritual world. We don't accept God; we want evil. Therefore we are in the material world. Just like in the jail, prison house, who are they? They are all criminals. Similarly, every one of us who are within this material world, we are all criminals because we have disobeyed the order of God. In different status only, but we are all criminals. Because every one of us are subjected to the rules of nature: birth, death, old age, and disease.
Owing to ignorance, one does not know that this material world is a miserable place where there are dangers at every step. Out of ignorance only, less intelligent persons try to adjust to the situation by fruitive activities, thinking that the resultant actions will make them happy. They do not know that no kind of material body anywhere within the universe can give life without miseries. The miseries of life, namely birth, death, old age and diseases, are present everywhere within the material world. But one who understands his real constitutional position as the eternal servitor of the Lord, and thus knows the position of the Personality of Godhead, engages himself in the transcendental loving service of the Lord. Consequently he becomes qualified to enter into the spiritual planets, where there is neither material, miserable life nor the influence of time and death.

God did not create a perfect world although he could have done so. God created our world in state of journeying. The destructive forces of nature are still with us. Evil and suffering exists with the good. He did this so that we could be his co-creators in perfecting this world.
You have a flawed concept of God and how he works in our lives. God is not a dispenser of goodies or an instrument to be used to solve our problems. He has given us everything so that we can all live in peace and be happy. It is our failure to heed his command to love one another that brings much of the suffering in our world. So don't blame God.

Let's examine your condition clause, "If God created everything good..."
In order to move beyond the condition clause, we'd have to establish a few things. First, whether God exists. Then, whether God created "everything." Then whether the things that God created might be considered "good," and by standards that would be established.
Until those questions are answered, we cannot be said to have met the conditions, and the question in the result clause is unanswerable.

God's creations are good. Satan was a strayed angel. But, God allowed us to make our own decisions whether right or wrong; he allows us to make decisions. People also created many alterations to nature which has caused contamination to air, soil, etc.. which also adds to inventing things to cause radiation, etc... Also, if there were no death, there is no reason to have birth = which would have overpopulation many, many years ago.
God didn't create evil; he allows it to happen and it is up to us to decide what to do about it.

I believe satan is the cause of all evil in the world, or people's lack of belief in God. Read some of the other answers to similar questions recently and get a broader view if these don't satisfy you.

because God has allowed evil for a time as a attempt for us to educate His own believers actual. If we had no attempt, could we truly be His followers, or purely robots. God needs a human beings to love and obey Him. We as Christians favor to finish that, as data of His result on our lives and our faithfulness to Him.

He created everthing good but, everyone does not follow his plan. A lot of people who do evil , were not taught to believe in him. Sickness and death are the cycles of life. No one wants to experience. But, he died for us , and we have to die for others. If no one died . we would not have a world. It would be too many people, disease, tree shortage (no oxygen), over crowding, no food etc.

According to the Bible, God creates evil.
(Isaiah 45:7, KJV) - "I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things."
(Amos 3:6) - "Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?"
