no offense meant, but are there more gullible people in America than anywhere else?

They need to take offense. They are ruining our country. They voted for him and if not now then in a few years they'll figure out that they screwed themselves. As to why there's more here, Europe and the like are a lot more accepting of other religions and beliefs. Under-education helps move the process along. Bible fundamentalism is mostly found in America, true.
I'd say because western Europe knows what religious wars are, having gone through a few horrifying ones so. However religious extremists are starting to appear, which is frightening. And when you look behind you see a lot of US help.
As for the rest of the world, there's a lot of US fundies going to teach people who can't read or write but are very religious about their "Truth".

No offense taken,
Bible -fundamentalism is a biblical truth
that is taught in other parts of the world, not just in North America;
It is not a case of a person being gullile, its a matter of an individual accepting the teachings of the Bible as truth and
accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.

I think it is more like we are so busy all the time in this country we hardly have the time to think and this is what is missing in the Fundamentalist's take on Holy Scripture. That and the fact that they love to look down on certain people because then that makes them feel better about themselves. They learn so many lies full of hate and venom from their so called Pastors it's not funny.

Interesting that you call people who believe in the bible gullble....yet someone these 'gullible' believers managed to eventually make America the most power, open-armed, and generally stable nation on earth. ANd if you look at all the non-'gullible' nations that have existed you will see they had to rule by force and their people hav generally been abused and mistreated.

Honestly I dont think you know much about the bible fundamentalism at all but probably have a lot of stereotypes and assumptions about it

In response to the answerers above me I can state that there are hardly any American-style 'Fundies' in the UK at all.

By contrast Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons are also rare but still far more numerous.

Two points.
1. Bible Fundamentalism isn't popular in the U.S.
2. It also exists in other countries to some degree.
