i have two other children my last came very fast but i never felt this bad before and i am really scared because my plug has already fell out and that was earlier and now ive had very bad cramp like pains and the baby hasnt moved very much

Because this is your third, you've lost your plug and you are cramping and not feeling well, I recommend getting into the hospital.
Please do know that at 34 weeks the baby has a good chance of being normal and healthy bt obviously would need to stay in the hospital for a while.
Please get someone to drive you, and call your doctor.
