For the UMP-teenth time... the paper rolls over the TOP. How do I know this? I have been cleaning homes for over 10 years, and 95% of the households, the paper is over the top. The ladies I work with, who have many years experience in the hotel industry also do the "over the top" thing, too.

This is funny. I never thought about this until I got married. Then I discovered it's important to some people. Our whole marriage was toilet paper under -toilet paper over. That toilet paper got more action than Clint Eastwood. I found I preferred it under.

its easyer to pull down and roll,and tear off alot easyer so from the front always so enjoy and good hunting with the paper

It makes no difference to me as long as it is easy to roll out. I hate public restrooms where it tears off too easily or does not come out well when you pull it.
