Antique Crown?

I got Antique crown from my grandfather old things. Now how I know what time of century does it relate to?
I shall be appreciate if I get the right answer?

Hi! An item as unusual and unique as a crown must be seen by an expert, perhaps a jeweler or archaeologist, as there are not many to compare for reference and equivalent value.
