Find a BMI chart and look up your numbers. It's hard for me to say yes or no if you are overweight, because I don't know how your weight is distributed. I know when I was 18, I was 136, 5'7" and not feeling fat--wore size 16 (never had a small waist). Now, I've had 2 kids, gotten very lazy and would give anything to be your weight again.

Your BMI is 23. 19 to 24 is normal but you are not thin like BMI 19 is 115. There are more diets than ever and more people dieting than ever and yet we have the fattest society ever.
