i assume your asking about gods will to forgive as it relates to the christian mythos and so my answer will be given assuming such context. No it is not "ok" to commit murder. Gods ability to forgive sin comes from the sacrifice of the son on the cross who died for all sins. As for asking forgiveness the bible destinguishes between the words said in the mouth and the words meant by the heart. so if your forgiveness is not meant then no absolution is given.
there is a commandment against it!
it didn't work out too well for cane after that whole vegstable brother debaucle.
and if god created all things, that means god created the person that is to be killed and why would god want you to kill his creature? does not god say to turn he other cheek? to love thy neighbor? doesn't jesus say in matthew 19:18 you shall NEVER commit murder?
that said I'm a vegan atheist
and even i know right from wrong.

Yes, God will forgive murder. But does that mean you have the right to go and commit the crime with the intention of asking God to forgive you afterward? No, it does not work that way! To look at it that way, is not a sincere heart. God will forgive you, but you will still have to suffer the consequences here on earth, such as prison.

The forgiveness of sin comes only to those persons who
(A) repent
(B) are baptised and
(C) call upon the name of Jesus as Lord and Saviour
It has never been OK to kill. God tells us that life is sacred. But for anyone who truly repents and seeks forgiveness, then all our past sins are blotted out. God is not a fool, neither is he to be mocked. He knows our innermost thoughts, and can read our hearts. You can't just put on an act and pretend you're sorry. Every person will have to answer to a holy and righteous God on the final day of judgement for all our acts and thoughts, even those who have repented and been forgiven.

No, because then that is using God's grace as a liscence to sin, which is sin.
God can forgive murder. There are examples in the Bible of this. Even Christ, when on the cross, prayed that this would not be held against them because they did not truly know what it was they were doing.
But again, no- to plan to murder with the thought of repenting afterwards is attempting to use grace as a liscence to sin.

Forgiveness comes from humility to ask for it, resentment for committing the deed, and a heart to repent in the future.
Murder is a forgivable offense.
Moses was a murderer.
King David was a murderer.
I expect to see them both in heaven.

God can forgive murder, but the main thing is, the murderer has to repent. Repenting means sorry for it and willing to never do it again. This doesn't mean sorry you got caught. A person must repent of all sin and ask God to forgive them, then accept Jesus as their personal savior. That's the only way to get forgiveness.

Yes, he forgives all sins. There are no degrees on sin. Sin is sin. But Jesus went to the Cross and gave His life to cover all sins..... Does God agree that it's ok to commit murder? No! The Ten Commandments say, "Thou Shalt not kill!"

- God Forgives All Sins , But he is not bound to forgive , we may not take it as "taken for granted",
Yes,his mercy and kindness is too far greater than all of mankind's sins,
God will and will not forgive
murders,
We can not say about any of human sin that it will surly be forgiven,on the day of judgment,
God is not bound to forgive in any way , and no ones good deeds will enough to bargain the heaven,
So we all mankind (regardless to faith) solely depend on his Mercy to grant us all a "total forgiveness" ,
Prays for his total forgiveness to us all,
Amen.
