If you don't think or or believe in God unless you are constantly being preached to then you don't truly believe at all. I don't go to church or anything like that because I don't believe in organized religion. I don't believe that I have to go to a certain building every week & donate my money to listen to someone preach to me for an hour or so to prove that I believe in or love God. I don't believe that the only way that God will hear my prayers is if I'm in a certain building chanting certain words that don't really have anything to do with what I really want to say to God. I believe that I can sit in my room in my home & just start talking to God as if I were talking to a live human being. I tell God what's on my mind. I tell God where in life I need some help. With all the religions that are out there how are we to know which 1 is really right? How are we to know which 1 will end up in heaven? Look at the Catholics & the Jewish. The Catholics believe that Jesus was the son of God who came down to save us all, more accurately he saved the Jews. The Jewish people believe Jesus was a great man but he was not the savior or massia, sorry about spelling. So if the Jews don't believe he was the son of God & their savior then who are the Catholics to say that he is? Wouldn't the Jewish people know more about their own history than the Catholics? I believe that even though each religious group calls him by a different name we are all praying to the same God. I believe that as long as we all, meaning all religions, live our lives to the best of our ability & are truly sorry for the mistakes & learn from our mistakes that we made then we will all go to heaven. I don't believe that we can live our lives sinning but as long as we go to confession once a week we will be saved. I hope this answers your question about believing in God.

First of all, welcome back! I think this God hasn't crossed your mind in months and months because you have been very busy.

My parents live on the other side of the world. There was a time that I haven't called them in a long time. It is just that I have been selfish not to give them just a minute of my time. If they would not have called me, I would not have remembered them and would not have given them a little of my time. So now I keep an open communication to them as often as I can. With this, it does not prove that I have to constantly immerse myself in thinking of them or I might forget that I have parents.

This is God's way of calling you back to remind you that He exist. This God has so loved you that He is just there waiting for you to call Him. So I ask you to give Him a little of your time. It is going to be worth it.

Just confirms the fact people are searching. Some do not want to face the fact but the empty space inside them is wanting to connect with the creator. If it was not so important there would not be so much discussion about it. Like if it had as much interest as how soft is your toilet paper. Not so People are seeking more than ever before.

LOL

Possibly. Or maybe those who believe in it think about it more often. Kind of like Santa at Christmas time.

If you have the Holy Spirit inside you, which Christians do, He's never far away, never forgotten.
