Suppose it turns out the anti-Christ is alive right now and is a well-known celebrity...who do you think it is? Madonna? Al Gore? Marylin Manson? Somebody else?
I really only want the opinions of true Born-Again Christians who believe in the concept of an anti-Christ. Thank you in advance for edifying me.

Well the anti-christ doesn't come until after the rapture, if I'm correct which I'm pretty sure I am. So you can't really ask a true believer. And it's supposed to be someone nobody thought of.

I guess George Bush proved it is not Saddam. I tend to think it is someone in the middle east.
I have a vision (or day-dream) of some sort of side-kick calling himself Jesus, who endorses the word of the anti-christian (Jewish or Muslim) anti-Christ.
Either the anti-Christ or his side-kick will be mistaken for our returned Savior. Many people will be led astray!
I read of a so-called Christian leader in America who says he "converted to Islam", but still claims to be a Christian too, and still miraculous holds credentials (and preaches) in a big, but luke-warm, "christian" denomination. That seems a possibility!
He will fool the world, not just Christians, and apparently bring world peace, to the apparent delight of many "Miss America"s (past and present).

The antichrist will be someone respected by most Christians. Remember, the more powerful the demon the more subtle the error.
Examples - the following three espouse the same behaviors
Howard Stern - weak demon - obvious to everyone - easy to discern
The Core Cast if "The View" - Stronger demons - more likable by the mainstream christian
The gay Episcopal Bishop - powerful demon
Be very careful to never give credit to or cast judgement on the person...we do not fight against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness in high placed.

i think he might be alive but i don't think he is a celebrity! He 's going to be a world leader and rule the entire world for a certain time frame a lot of people will be fooled by him and most the world will love him but this takes place after the rapture of the church and i won't be here and have to go through this but i will be back with the glory of God and stand to fight against evil.

Born-Again Christians will not know who anti-christ is ahead of time.
Scriptures imply that the Rapture of the church will take place PRIOR to anti-christ being revealed.

The Bible states the person will rise to political power from the middle east. Do not think it will be a celebrity. the person will be cunning and win the admiration of many people, many will follow. So know the facts the truth so that will not happen to you.

I don't know how old you are, but I'll bet my next pay check that your parents would recognize the anti-Christ. He hasn't "returned" yet. All the world will wonder after the beast whose deadly head wound was healed.
