Of course!
Earth is Heaven's shadow- Like, reflection. heaven is just more perfect, no pain, nothing to worry about.
There are things you can do there same as here.
You can ride horses, jet skii, swim, juggle, look after the animals, teach, read books-You have everything at your finger tips. You may not want a mansion but you will be able to hav ea home-and because people still have their individuality they may want to do their passion-if that's their life's work, then they can do that. So for example someone who passed away loved building houses, they will want to take that up in heaven (even though our thoughts can create the houses anyways) But some /many people choose to do it the good old fashion way. They let someone build for them-It encourages artistic individuality and imperfection (showing us we are NOT perfect like God). We let someone build for us, for the pure joy it gives them. Sometime we may return the favour with something we are good at.
Life doesn't stop here.
It would be very boring in heaven if we sat around all day twiddling our thumbs.
There's lots of jobs: Spirit guides, helping chidlren cross over, taking care of the children who cross over until they reach adulthood and remember more about heaven, helping the animals helping suicide victims-people who want to counsel others..
Etc...
Christians wont buy this version, as they have a different concept-but you didn't specify which religion to answer, so this is my belief and hopefully others can respect other beliefs.

I don't think any of us can even begin to fathom what Heaven is going to be like. But I'm willing to guess that we won't even be thinking about earthly pleasures, we'll be too busy praising God.
And it's okay to not have a lot of money here on Earth too. You have Jesus, that is more than enough. Not that nice clothes and amusement parks are bad, it's just that there is more to life than that.

I have heard that heaven is a bit different for everyone. And I think it is dependent on the rewards given for what we built according to Gods Word on the Rock Foundation, Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God.
As our house is tested by fire, & the unforgiveness, devils lies, etc. will be fried & not go to heaven with us.

LOL! I hope so. My Dad went home 11/15/05, and his favorite pastimes included making small time bets on the ponies, trout fishing, playing $3 blackjack in Las Vegas (followed by an all-u-can-eat buffet). It makes me feel a lot better believing that he will get to do these things, pain-free in Heaven, and I'm looking forward to hanging with him (maybe take him to a World Series game, and afterwards, bake a batch of creampuffs together.) I apologize on behalf of me and my Dad that our joys are of the earthly, pedestrian variety. Forgive me that my faith is so weak that I need to be incentivized by the things I know.

Heaven is nothing like the Earth. When heaven is spoken of in the Bible it is highly metaphorical. Heaven is a place of souls, not material things. Heaven is a fountain of enlightenment, that goes on forever.

I believe we will have balance of work and play. Revelation 7:15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple:
Clothing? Revelation 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. Revelation 6:11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season

It was really nice to see someone say, "I do love God and Jesus and I have them in my heart."
Thank you.
No one knows what Heaven will be like.
I hope that one day you get to go to an amusement prak here on Earth. I bet when you grow up, you'll have a great job and can go to one.

In my heaven - I get to play shortstop for the Chicago Cubs when we win the World Series; win the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay; eat all the food I want without ever gaining weight or worrying about cholesterol, blood sugars or hypertension; perform live on stage at Wembley Stadium; win the US Open Championships for golf and tennis.....
....so much to do, thank GOD we have all eternity to do it!

Well first of all, people dont live in heaven- only God, Jesus, angels and his other heavenly creatures. Heaven is not for humans. In the future what God will do is create earth into a paradise where people will be able to live here comfortably and happy without needing any of the things we need now and living without danger. There wont be any amusement parks, concerts, fancy cars, designer clothes cuz those things are material and useless, God is NOT a material God. He will create bigger and better things for us to be entertained with but not material things like that.
