hey bud. i'm in the same situation. i met my girlfriend here in the U.S. and she had to move back to south africa. you have to go to an I.N.S building and they'll have whatever paperwork you need. or go the imigration website. unfortunatly i cant think of what it is. hey, i really hope that it works out for you, cause i pray every day that it does for me.

hang in there, it's going to be tough and it's going to take time and patience. good luck!

Well, it's possible. But what I'd do is get a job in Korea near where she lives (maybe teaching English?). This will give you a chance to know Korea better, it will give you some money to get married, and it will give you a chance to find a "real" job (it's easier in-country -- BTW, teaching English can be a real job, too). It will also give the two of you a chance for a more normal courtship.

That's what I did when I met my Japanese husband. I studied for a year, and worked for three years before we finally got married. (-: And we're still married, and I'm still in Japan, after 12 years of marriage!

Good luck!

If you truly love her and are willing to up and move for her, though it will probably be hard, you will be successful.
