Steering away from the strictly obvious, I would say her smell (perfectly suited to her body chemistry), her smile, her voice, her neck, any incidental sounds she may happen to make when she's unaware of herself....(however that happens to occur), and how she looks when she's asleep. All of these things (and this is by no means a comprehensive list) are sexy in a woman....made even more so if I happen to love her.

The obvious I'm afraid. I would add that smelling nice is a big plus, as is confidence... but not TOO much as it can put men off as they could feel intimidated!!! Men want to feel like men, so being over confident/bossy is a no no!

How much confidence a woman has is a big turn on for a guy.
If a woman has low confidence in her self it's not sexy but if she is confident and loves herself men will find her desirable!

A genuine smile (with the eyes) works wonders. At work, be approachable and organise a social night out with work colleagues - Most men like women who can relax and enjoy a good laugh in their company.
If you are constantly stressed out and busy at work, and you don't socialise with colleagues out of work, how do they know how great you really are?

To just have her **** together. To be a stable individual...bagage is fine if she's dealt with it. A woman that can look at a problem and look for a solution before freaking out.
That's why I like doctors...they're cool, calm, collect...and not in a hurry. Ohh and they're completely approachable. If they don't wanna talk to you they'll excuse you or themselves, and move on.
Young women act all stupid, and over react...
