Well I have 2 Shih tzu's... And I want to know what they are allergic to so I know what not to feed them or let them have.

We can't tell you. The only way to determine allergies is for the vet to test the dog.
Individual dogs have different allergies or even none at all.

With each dog, it's a matter of trial and error. Dogs can be allergic to certain foods (chicken, lamb, wheat, corn, soy, eggs, just about anything). They can also be allergic to fleas, grasses, pollens, bee stings, certain chemicals, medications and just about anything else in their environment. Every dog with allergies is different, just like people with allergies.

Not all dogs have the same allergies. Probably the best way to know their allergies would be to take them to the vet to get tested. This way you know everything for sure, before you find out the hard way.
