I expirienced this for years. I know I'm not overweight but when I eat, a feeling of guilt sets in and I start to convince myself that I am gaining weight by the second. I finally sucked it up and went to see a counsler at my college...and few months later I was actually diagnosed with a mild form of Obcessive Compulsive Disorder (which was the reason I couldn't stop thinking about the food all day!). I'm not saying you have OCD but seeing a counsler can help you get to the root of the problem and most likely help. I'm on medication and it's amazing how much of a difference it has made...I know it's hard but try not to kill yourself over food...I know I did for years and it depressed me!

Your not fat thats a good weight. Sometimes eating things that are full of fat and sugar make you think that way. I can only eat healthy foods and in little porportions or else I feel digusting with myself, so you may be the same way.
