Is the stinger out?

Rub it with cortisone with lidocaine or one of the other rubs--neosporin, whatever, that has lidocaine in it. You could even use chloroseptic.

Ice it down. 20m on, 20m off

Take Benedryl, 50 mg every 4 hours until it's gone.

Take tylenol or ibuprofen (with ibu, you can take up to 4 if you need to and if you weigh 100 lbs.) until the pain is gone.

If at any time your tongue starts to swell, or your breathing becomes compromised, call 911.

When I have been stung by a bee, the pain lasts for about 15 minutes or so. Then the swelling makes the area itch for about 4 to 6 hours. Get someone to squeeze the area like a pimple to get the stinger to pop out. Tweezers may be helpful. It will eventually be forced out by fluid, but it is better to get it out as soon as possible.

Ice it for 10 minutes at a time throughout the rest of today. You can also either take an antihistamine for the swelling, OR a tylenol for the pain, but dont take both.
Its in a sensitive spot, so it may be sore for another day.

Listen to paramedic girl. That's what my aunt has had me do when I had a sting similar to this one. She's a nurse and helps with these kinds of things.
