I received an obscene phone call yesterday. They used IP Relay. But I am pretty sure I know who did it. Who do I call to report this and what are the charges for doing this. I really want this person to spend some time in jail.

In our phone book there's a number to report these calls.
Don't call 911 unless this was life-threatening.
It will depend where you live & what phone company.
You can always go into a police station & complain.

go out and buy a recorder for your phone, when you get a call record it, turn it in to your local phone co, and the police ,let them deal with the azz holes,,,,,

after call comes in, hang up and dial *57 to activate call trace...
