to the guys....would you break up with a girl if she gave bad head?

Depends on how bad. If you got him off without causing him undue pain, nobody I know would call that bad!
If you were merely unsuccessful, and you had to give up before he got his nut, don't worry too much about it. Willingness to put in your mouth all by itself goes a long ways. If you're eager to learn, no decent guy (and few of the other kind, as well) would dump you while you're working on your technique. Maybe next time as you start to bet a little tired, see if he'll help you out some, with a few deft strokes to get closer to the edge before you finish the job.
The only other bad thing I can think of would be if you threw up on him while trying to smoke his pole... never happened to me, but from what I'm told, it's very difficult if not impossible to get past. You'd be better off not even trying, rather than spewing on his wedding tackle.
As for my perspective, if she's trying, I happy as hell. If a chick accidentally inflicted pain on rare occasions, not that big of deal... teeth were there first, gets a little crowded, something's got to give and teeth don't move. :-). But if it happened over and over, because she was too careless or too uncoordinated or too stupid to figure out how to avoid it, I'd have to cut her loose in short order.

Bad head is really frustrating. So if after a long time I always got bad head, I might think about leaving. Of course, it would probably not depend entirely on this.
But it's also up to the guy to teach the girl about what he likes. So it's then up to the girl to learn. If either of these things don't work, then things won't end up so good.
Good teacher + good leaner = good head.

Oral sex is important to most guys, myself included. I actually prefer it to sex. If a girl gave bad head, and I truly loved her, I would have to teach her what she was doing wrong so that she could learn to please me orally. If it were just a physical relationship, without emotional atachments, I would probably dump her.

Well, if anyone I was with at all was bad at something sexual I would teach them how to do it in a way that pleases me. Its all about communication.

I would work with her to teach her how to please me. It would take time. Breaking up with someone over it? Pretty shallow relationship...
