Juliet is not asking "where is Romeo" you is wondering why he is Romeo, a Montague and therefore an enemy of her family, the Capulets'.
Romeo and Juliet: Act 2, Scene 2

Bonsoir Bonjour.
I'm sorry, but times have changed. Sometimes I am not sure if it is a good thing or not, but it has.
I think that we would get such a ribbing if we behaved in the way they did in Romeo & Juliets time.
But the idea is really appealing.
