I have been asked by a corporation to interview with one of their senior level managers at their home office which would be all expense paid by the company. This would be the final step in the interview process. I first interviewed by phone, then interviewed locally with a person from the company and was told that the finalist would go to their home office for the final interview, which is me, so what I am wanting to know is that in most peoples experience is this a good sign that I am being strongly considered for the job and most likely going to get the job?

Yes, they know your background and have checked your references the people interviewing you probably have only 2-3 people to interview so you have nearly a 50/50 chance of getting an offer. They don't spend that much money on people they don't like.

If the corporation is paying you expenses to travel for the interview they are very interested in you. Advice: Lean all you can about the company (Past, Present, and Future). The more you know the better off you are. Relax, this is the final step to being hired. You have been through the gauntlet, now let your personality shine.

Good Luck!!!!!!
