Enjoy it? Example: Macy's, JcPenney, Sears etc...(not wal mart!) I just hired on to one of these places and wanted to know how they treat their employees at these places and bonuses and benefits! No rude answers plz =)

I have worked for TWO different retailers, and I found this: Each store of a chain is different because the staff and management are unique and individual people. You will be treated as you treat others, somewhat like the Golden Rule.

I worked for Macy's a while back. It was good. I think they treated their employees better years ago. When I worked in retail they seemed busier. Now retail seemed to have slowed down a bit.
