Have interview with portrait studio and portfolio was lost in move. Desperately need some help...no negs, and digi pics stink! Want my SLR to work, but the focusing mechanism isn't working. S.O.S.......

No camera.
What kind of help do you want, here? Perhaps someone to email you a bunch of our portraits for you to have printed out, mounted and bound into a portfolio, all within 24 hours?

If you're a professional photographer I no longer know the meaning of the word.
You might be able to "wing it" as fhotoace suggested but I'll not be betting on it.
