Not personally. His video's on youtube about Britney are hilarious. So is Seth Greens video about leaving Chris alone.
By the way-Chris Crocker is not his real name. He is from Tennessee and said so in an interview by CNN. Fact.

I am familiar with Chris Crocker from youtube. He is the guy that was crying for Britney Spears and saying "leave her alone" after the criticism for her VMA performance.
He has also posted many video clips on youtube.
