i would say whole becuase if they are juiced you are not getting alll of the vitamins out of them..for example, say you juiced an apple.. you arent getting the vitamins of the skin !!! and anyways, if you bought them juiced then sugar would be added... GOOD LUCK !!! :) :) :)

If you bought the fruits and veggies, as long as you are not cooking them and are just juicing them, the fiber should remain the same. However if you cook veggies, you lose vitamins and minerals.

If you are debating whether eating an apple or drinking apple juice (from a store) an apple is a better way to go for fiber. Bottled juice strips away a lot of benefits as well as packs on the calories.

Juice is better if you consume as soon as it is made, because you will take in a lot more fruits than if you were to if eat them whole. The juicer already helps you separate the fiber from the nutrients so you don't have to do the hard work.

But I tend to not do it too often to justify the price. You need to commit to it. It takes up a lot of space too. You have to find a place to store it. And I hate the cleaning up part. You get lazy after awhile. The blade is hard to clean too.

As long as you eat the SKINS you are getting all (most I think) of the vitamins....if you use a juicer that doesn't CHOP up the skins, no you are not getting the full amt of fiber and vitamins by a long shot. You should eat them whole. If you can't do that for some un-Godly reason, I would trash the juicer and chomp into an apple....tis the apple season so they're good. I'm wondering what type of apple everyone likes...I HATE red "delicious (puke)" apples but LOVE the McIntosh ones and the Empire ones...yum....I have about 10 of them here waiting for me to chow them down!!!

It's far better to eat the fruit and vegetables whole because you get more fiber and nutrients from the skin. Besides, then you have to clean the juicer and that's a hassle. I don't know of anyone who bought a juicer and has continued to use it regularly. It'll probably end up in the back of a cupboard.

It is my belief that the less one messes with fresh fruit and veggies, the more vitamins and nutients will still be retained in the fruits and veggies. That being said, turning fruit and veggies into "power drinks" is fine--once in a while. I am not "into" a liquid diet!!! Our stomachs need to digest our chewed food so that our systems have time to process that which we have swallowed!!! We stay satisfied longer, and our bodies get the full nutricional values of the food we consume.
Good luck and may God bless you.
P.S. I have a blender and rarely use it!!! But it works fine for whole pieces of fruit and ice for icees and smoothies.

The only reason you get more benefit from juicing fruit and veg is because you use raw fruit/veg with all the vitamins etc still there. Unfortunately cooking can kill off certain vitamins - so you would have to eat more cooked veg in order to equate with juicing. Both are good for you.

You get more fiber from whole fruits & vegies, Juicing leaves most fiber behind. When it comes to minerals & vitamins this depends on how well you chew your food. Your stomach has no teeth! So unchewed food is difficult to digest & some of the vitamins & minerals can go though un-extracted- i.e. effectivly going though to bulk up the fiber.

You get more fiber by eating them juiced because if you swallow it whole, it might not get into the body and can come out by letting out feces. I suggest you drink it and urinate the juice because once you urinate the vitamins, you know that it got into the body, while if you eat it whole, it might just go out of the body. There is a chance, though, that you still get fiber even if you swallow them whole.

The Fruit eaten in total and on empty abdomen can furnish the excellent thing approximately fibre and nutrition. The juice is robust sufficient too even though it won't furnish you with the excellent thing approximately fibre. The greens which would be eaten uncooked might desire to greater valuable be eaten uncooked as lower back the excellent thing approximately fibre and nutrition is greater. the reason I even have written that it's going to be eaten on empty abdomen is using the fact the empty abdomen digest the fruit quicker and it particularly is way less demanding to accomplish that different than eating the fruit after the meal. One might desire to bypass on fruit and juice weight-relief plan atleast for 3 days in a month which will show you how to immensely in giving radiant seem on your dermis.
